Information we collect
Through enquiry forms we may receive your name, telephone number or Telegram handle, selected subject or exam, comment, page language and URL, submission date, referral source and UTM parameters. Please do not submit medical, payment or other sensitive information through the form.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, recommend a programme, contact you and organise lessons. Referral information helps us understand website and advertising performance. Processing is based on steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and on consent where required.
Where information is stored
Enquiries are stored in JDucation’s access-controlled CRM in Google Sheets. Access is limited to people who need it to handle enquiries and organise learning. We do not sell personal data.
After form submission, the website opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. The message is sent only after you confirm it. When you use WhatsApp, Meta also processes information under its own policies.
Payments and CloudPayments
When you follow an individual payment link, payment data is processed by CloudPayments. JDucation and individual entrepreneur Svetlana Vyacheslavovna Savenkova do not receive or store full bank card details. CloudPayments processes payment information under its own documents and applicable law.
Google Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow”. After consent, Google may receive information about pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, referral source and UTM parameters. If you select “Decline”, analytics does not load. Your choice is stored in browser localStorage for no longer than 6 months and can be changed using “Analytics settings” in the website footer.
Recipients and processors
To operate the website and provide services, we may use Google (Google Sheets and Google Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp), CloudPayments, and hosting or technical infrastructure providers. They receive only the information needed for the relevant function and process it under their own terms and applicable law.
International transfers
Because users and service providers may be located in different countries, information may be processed outside the user’s country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on safeguards or other grounds available under applicable law. You may request further information at hello@jducation.com.
Retention
Enquiry information is normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last contact unless a longer period is needed to provide services, meet legal duties or protect legitimate interests. You may request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
