3. Scope of the agreement

The Provider delivers the Services under the Individual Terms and the Customer accepts and pays for them. Services may be one-to-one, pair, mini-group or group sessions, and may be purchased as a single session, package or programme. The subject, content, format, number and duration of sessions are agreed before payment. A standard session lasts 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise.

4. Individual order terms

Before payment, the Provider sends the Customer by email, messenger, payment link or another durable method the information needed to identify the Customer and Learner, the subject or preparation goal, format, number and duration of sessions, delivery period or dates, schedule or the way it will be agreed, total price and payment procedure. The Customer provides accurate information required to conclude and perform the agreement.

5. Contract formation

The agreement is concluded when the Customer makes full or partial payment through an individual payment link, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By paying, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Offer and Individual Terms, understand the Services and price, have provided accurate information and may act for themselves or as the legal representative of a minor Learner. Email and agreed messenger correspondence may be used to agree terms and deliver legally relevant notices.

6. Price and payment

The price is set in the Individual Terms and disclosed before payment. Payment is made through an individual CloudPayments link or another agreed method. The currency and final amount are shown before confirmation. Payment is complete once the transaction is confirmed. A fiscal receipt or other legally required confirmation is sent using the contact details provided. Fees and currency conversion charged by the Customer’s bank or payment system are not included in the Service price.

7. Delivery of Services

The start date and schedule are agreed in correspondence. The Customer and Learner provide suitable equipment, stable internet access, access to agreed services and timely connection. Materials, assignments, comments and recommendations may be supplied electronically. A session is treated as delivered when completed and also where the Provider was ready at the agreed time but the Learner failed to connect or participate for reasons attributable to the Customer or Learner, subject to mandatory law.

8. Rescheduling and cancelling one-to-one sessions

A one-to-one session may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with more than 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, rescheduling is possible subject to availability and agreement with the Provider. If the Provider cancels, the Customer may choose a new time or a refund for that session. Different rules may be stated in the Individual Terms.

9. Pair and group sessions

A pair session may be rescheduled only where a new time can be agreed with all participants. One participant’s absence does not require rescheduling for the others. Group sessions follow the agreed schedule and are not rescheduled because an individual Learner is absent. If a group is not formed, the Provider offers a later start, another format, a credit towards other Services or a refund for undelivered Services.

10. Withdrawal and refunds

The Customer may withdraw at any time, paying for Services already delivered and the Provider’s documented expenses connected with the order. A request is sent to hello@jducation.com or the agreed messenger and states the Customer and Learner names, payment date and amount, and information needed to identify it. Full card details, expiry date and CVC must not be sent. The unused part of a package is calculated using the price actually paid for the relevant sessions. Refunds are normally made by the original method within 10 calendar days after the necessary information is received, unless otherwise agreed or required by payment-system rules. Bank processing time may vary.

11. Rights and obligations

The Provider delivers the agreed scope and format, gives notice of schedule changes, protects confidentiality and supplies necessary information. The Provider may select methods, materials and sequence, agree schedule changes, suspend Services for non-payment and end a session where unlawful or disruptive conduct prevents delivery. The Customer pays on time, supplies accurate information, follows the schedule, ensures appropriate Learner conduct and does not distribute materials without the rights holder’s permission.

12. Outcomes

The Provider acts in good faith but does not guarantee any particular score, level, certificate, admission or other predetermined outcome. Results depend on the Learner’s starting level, regular participation, independent work, completion of recommendations, individual abilities and decisions of examination or educational bodies. No education or qualification document is issued unless expressly agreed otherwise.

13. Intellectual property

Materials are for the Customer’s and Learner’s personal use. Without written permission from the rights holder, materials may not be published, transferred, sold or otherwise distributed, used to provide paid sessions, or used to record and distribute sessions.

14. Personal data

The Provider processes personal data to handle enquiries, conclude and perform the agreement, arrange sessions, process payments and refunds, send service messages and comply with law. Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy on the JDucation website. By providing another person’s or a minor’s data, the Customer confirms a lawful basis for doing so.

15. Liability

The parties are liable under the agreement and applicable law. The Provider is not liable for inability to deliver caused by matters outside its control, including the Customer’s equipment or internet failure, third-party service restrictions, actions of banks or payment systems, or incorrect contact details. Affected parties should provide timely notice where possible. Nothing in this Offer limits mandatory consumer rights.

16. Contact and disputes

Questions, complaints, cancellations and refund requests are accepted at hello@jducation.com and by telephone or WhatsApp at +7 700 724-80-13. The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation and written communication. Unresolved disputes are determined under applicable law without restricting any forum rights granted to consumers.
